We’re excited to offer this Tuo-cha (bird’s nest) Pu-Erh. Most of the time, we buy full cakes of Pu-Erhs and break them apart when we put them into tins. Please use 1 per cup of tea, and enjoy how the flavor develops over multiple infusions. This Pu-Erh is a Shou style.

Shou Pu-Erh is differentiated from sheng Pu-Erh in that it is fermented before it is packaged, compressed, and sold for consumption.
